Senior Pastor
Kevin Medlin
Rev. Kevin Medlin has been Senior Pastor of LCPC since 2004. He is an alum of Bethel College and received his Master of Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary. His passion in ministry is preaching and helping those he serves become fully devoted followers of Jesus. He is married to Candie, who works as a Business Intelligence Developer at SERVPRO headquarters. They have four adult children and currently four grandchildren. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with Candie, eating ice cream with his grandkids, playing golf, and watching other sports that he is now too old to participate in.

Associate/Youth Pastor
Kevin Twilla
Rev. Kevin Twilla, fondly referred to as “Twilla”, is married to his amazing wife, Desirae, and recently became a new dad. Twilla is a graduate of ETSU, has served four years in missions before coming on staff as Youth Pastor and was later promoted to Associate Pastor after completing Seminary. His focus is on youth and their families, but Twilla’s numerous skills are regularly employed in other roles within our body as well. In line with our mission statement, Twilla loves meeting people, helping them identify their gifts, and plugging them into the body with purpose. “I hope to see a passion within our church & community where people genuinely desire and seek to become the disciples they are called to be. I continue to seek out my place in helping them to become those disciples.”

Church Bookkeeper
Mirinda McNerney
Mirinda lives in Lebanon with her husband and two sons. She also has three adult children and one granddaughter. Mirinda has worked as our Administrative Assistant and is transitioning into the role of Bookkeeper. Her first priority is Christ, which motivates her to seek to glorify God in her responsibilities to her family, her local church, and in her role at Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Julia Wilson
Julia and her husband David recently resettled here in Middle Tennessee from Illinois. They have been married for forty years and have three grown children. Her mission is to love God and love people! She looks forward to getting to know you.

Matthew Grow
Matthew lives in Lebanon with his wife, Tammy. He graduated from Michigan State University with his Master's in Mass Communication/Media Studies and is a Lead Data Engineer with SERVEPRO. As the worship leader, Matthew serves faithfully by using his many talents to glorify God and enhance our music ministry.

Lyndsey Kuhl
Lyndsey lives in Watertown with her husband, Eric and their three children. She currently works in the preschool department at Friendship Christian School. Lyndsey has been a member of the church for over 20 years. She has been actively involved in our children’s program for 10 years. She has always had a passion for teaching children. Lyndsey’s love of children and Jesus helps our PreK - 2nd graders grow in their walk with Christ.

Tammy Grow
Tammy is the Executive Director of Drug Free Wilco and is passionate about drug abuse prevention in our community. Her enthusiasm for Christ drives her service in work and as she helps ignite a passion for Jesus and service to others in our kids in grades 3-6.
